Applicants will be notified of admission within a few days
of receipt of the application, on a rolling basis. We
encourage students to apply early. We would need to know
the student’s decision no later than
Friday, March 28th, 2008.
The Email with application materials should contain the
subject heading “Application for the Y2008 SESMI REU
Program” and the following items should be included as
attachments:
(1) A one-page curriculum vitae
(2) A statement of career interest following undergraduate
school
(3) A statement indicating the preferred faculty advisor(s)
and/or project
(4) An unofficial transcript
(5) Two letters of recommendation
